Any mother going through a life-altering crisis. This includes (but isn’t limited to):

• Medical expenses or illness
   
• IVF/fertility treatment costs
   
• Partner death
   
• Financial instability or housing insecurity
   

We aim to be as inclusive and human-centered as possible. If you’re unsure, apply — we’d love to hear your story.

We open applications prior to our annual donation event. Follow us on social media or check our website to stay in the loop. Recipients are chosen based on need, capacity, and timing.

Yes — but in the best way. We ask all recipients to return in future years (if able) as volunteers to help support the next group of mothers. It’s our way of building a circle of support — not a one-time handout, but a growing community of women helping women.

Nope. We support all moms who are going through something hard — regardless of relationship status, background, or how they became a parent.

Yes! Support Your Local Mother is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. You will receive a donation receipt with our EIN for your records.
